Privacy Policy

1. Controller

GRANITBLOOM e.U., Seitenstettengasse 5/37, 1010 Vienna, Austria
Email: info@loudbloom.net

2. Hosting & server logs

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich (Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany). When you visit the website, the server processes connection data for technical reasons (IP address, date and time, requested file, browser identifier). This processing serves to provide the service and to keep it stable and secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Audience measurement (Umami)

We use the self-hosted analytics software Umami on our own server (Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany). Umami uses no cookies, creates no cross-device profiles and does not store IP addresses permanently — the analysis is anonymous and aggregated (e.g. page views, country of origin, device type). The data stays entirely on our server in the EU and is not passed on to third parties. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in measuring our reach (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. No third-party content

Fonts and all other content on this website are served locally. No connections to external providers (e.g. Google Fonts, CDNs) are made when you visit the site.

5. Contacting us

If you contact us by email, we process your details in order to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed for this purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.

6. LOUDBLOOM app

The LOUDBLOOM app has its own privacy policy: App privacy policy (Deutsch).

7. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object (Art. 21 GDPR). To exercise these rights, please contact info@loudbloom.net.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: Austrian Data Protection Authority (Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde), Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, dsb.gv.at.

Last updated: October 2026. We will update this policy when our services change (e.g. when introducing new features such as a newsletter or user accounts).
